Sump Pump Repair FAQs – Codorus, PA
How often should a sump pump be replaced in Codorus?
Most sump pumps last 7 to 10 years. If yours is older or has been running hard through wet seasons, we recommend testing it annually and planning for replacement.
Do I need a battery backup sump pump?
If your Codorus home has a finished basement or loses power during storms, a battery backup is strongly recommended — storms that flood basements often knock out power at the same time.
Why does my sump pump run all the time?
A stuck float, a failed check valve, a high water table or an undersized pump are the common causes. We will diagnose it and give you a clear fix.
Do you offer emergency sump pump repair in Codorus?
Yes. During heavy rain events we run 24/7 sump pump emergency service across Codorus, Pennsylvania.
